The cuisine at Hostaria del Ponte is based mainly on local tradition.

All the recipes come from the ancient cuisine that characterizes our territories, full of variations drawn with imagination and respect from the best Italian cuisine.

From the appetizers, the undisputed heroes, to the entrees, the meat, the fish, right to the dessert, the restaurant's proposals are developed from the rich flavours and the classic ingredients of the Tuscia territory.

Our cooking philosophy is aimed at taking the guest on a fascinating gastronomic journey.
